The goal of the Prevention Convention is to grow momentum toward a unified vision for prevention in Florida. The Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida, Prevent Child Abuse Florida, and the Florida Center for Early Childhood aim to inspire systems innovation that supports families and helps them thrive in all aspects of life. Our featured speakers and partners will have attendees considering the full spectrum of factors that affect prenatal care issues and family well-being; everything from affordable, high-quality childcare to stable housing, and accessible health care.

Are there sponsorship opportunities for the Prevention Convention?

Thank you for your commitment to prevention! The Prevention Convention offers seven prevention partnership levels for interested organizations and individuals. The seven prevention partnership levels, their benefits, and the respective application are available in the Ticket section.

Where will the Prevention Convention be hosted?

Join us for the inaugural Prevention Convention at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Orlando- Lake Buena Vista South located at: 4955 Kyngs Heath Road, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

Will there be an expo area with exhibit tables?

Yes! There will be a designated expo hall at the inaugural Prevention Convention, expo space can be purchased in addition to registration, or independently.

Do expo fees include registration for the Prevention Convention?

The Expo fee does not include registration for the Prevention Convention. The Expo runs the entire convention, including during the networking reception. Expo registration includes: table and 2 chairs. Set-up begins at 9:00am on September 12, 2024. Consider a Prevention Partnership!

Will there be early bird registration?

Early bird registration is available May 1st- May 31st. Registration increases June 1st.
