This collective connection aims to guide participants through an immersive experience of self discovery and transformation, exploring the interconnectness of existence and the power of energetic vibrations.
Through the Crystal Singing Bowls, Somatic Yoga and Reiki healing.
Participants will be guided to cleanse negative subconscious patterns by balancing the energy centres , your chakras with the beautiful Crystal Singing Bowls, Reiki healing to help let go and transmute low- vibrations and Somatic Yoga that will invite you into a deeper connection with your body , melding movement with mindfulness to unlock profound sense of awareness and healing!
All you need is a Blanket & pillow for extra comfort in our Hammocks for the amazing Sound bath, a yoga mat for your yoga practice and a water bottle!
And of course your beautiful Soul and an open heart.
