IN-PERSON Thrive: Your Journey Into New Motherhood 6-wk Mon. 7/22-8/26

This registration is for the full in-person series on Mondays, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19, 8/26 at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm CST, at the Vanderbilt Birth Center in Nashville, TN

Thrive will help you find your footing as a new parent. It will also help you confidently place one foot in front of the other as you learn all about your new role.

The Thrive class:

Provides an opportunity for you to deeply connect with other new moms;

Helps you discover the new aspects of yourself as a mother;

Helps you develop the tools you need to care for your family;

Helps you find balance in the “new normal.”

Important things to know before you register:

This class series is for people who have recently given birth and have a newborn between 1 and 4 months old.

Restrooms are available.

The group may meet on the covered, enclosed porch at the center if weather allows.

What you'll need to bring:

Lunch and/or snacks

Supplies for your baby, such as diapers, wipes, etc.

Each class addresses a specific topic. Guest speakers with professional experience in topics appear for certain weeks:

Class 1 - Connect + share your story

Class 2 - Infant care +sleep

Class 3 - Feeding the New Family

Class 4: Postpartum mood support

Class 5: Renew - Changing relationships

Class 6: Self-care for new mothers
