In-person - Teen Cook-Along: Veggie Pizza Party with Fruit Slushes

Teens, age 11-17 years, can cook along with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Amy Reuter.

Come to Verdant for an afternoon of Pizza making. The class will include tips on crust, sauce-making, and knife skills for prepping vegetables. We will be pairing our pizzas with blended fruit slushes.

Come, join in the fun! Invite your friends!

This class is designed as a cook-along with the instructor preparing this recipe in Verdant's teaching kitchen while teens follow along with the dietitian at their cooking stations.

Time: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm PDT

Cost: Free for teens ages 11-17 years. All ingredients and cooking supplies will be provided.

Location: Verdant Community Wellness Center at 4710 196th St SW, Lynnwood WA, 98036

Please park on reserved Verdant parking spaces only. These spaces are closest to our building on the side and in the back.

Pre-registration is required, space is limited*

* Priority will be given to teens living in South Snohomish County when the class is full, due to funding restrictions.

We are implementing a 3-strike policy for no-shows, so if you cannot attend, reach out to us through email or a quick phone message, and the wellness center will directly cancel your ticket.
