If your schedule does not allow you to commit to a 4 week birth class series please sign up for our Mini Birth Class. It is designed for the expectant mother and her partner to prepare for the birth experience. It is a condensed course touching on the labor and delivery process/warning signs/comfort measures-pain medications/induction of labor/Cesarean Section/post delivery care of mother and baby. You will also have a mini maternity tour of the unit. There will be a short Tour of the Clatanaff Pavilion after class.
