About this event

  • 2 hours

Hosted by Natasha Strange & Viola Parker, co-owners of Sub Rosa, the FemDom salon is a class and discussion format event for femdoms and themdoms looking to step into their dominant power. This is a great introductory or add-on class or for anyone who has attended (or plans to attend) our longer and more hands-on FemDom Bootcamp. In this class we tackle some deeper questions and dive into discussion about how we best gain confidence, and override our "be nice" internal dialogue. So much of dominance is about the energy exchange and confidence of the domme, and we are so often asked how to build that up.

Some things we will cover:

  • Dispelling myths about femdom, the “dominatrix”, and “true dommes”.
  • Useful Femdom archetypes to help you determine your dominant style.
  • Negotiation, consent, aftercare.
  • Verbal control and command, building your lexicon and language around dominance.
  • Scene-planning and scene-building tips and tricks.
  • Energy exchange, power exchange, and energy vampires.
  • Building and maintaining boundries.

Ticket prices: Full price tickets also help cover the cost of discounted tickets we offer to those in need as well as BIPOC. Please reach out to info@subrosapdx.com if you need one of those discount codes.

Who is this class for?

FemDom Salons are geared to femmes and nonbinary folks at the early stages of exploring, seeking confidence, community, and to further develop their dominant power. We welcome femme and non-binary dominants/tops/switches and their partners. Both solo attendees or duos are welcome (every attendee will need a ticket - but this may be a good time for male partners to let the woman/femdom in their life learn without them and bring home new ideas!). We encourage questions and active discussion. This is not an event for single men, submissive or dominant.

Masks are optional but encouraged. We are not requiring vaccination cards but this is subject to change if COVID numbers start to rise. Sadly, our space is not ADA accessible. Reach out if there are other accessibility accommodations we might be able to make for you or if you need ASL interpretation.

We do offer reduced tickets to BIPOC folks as well as those experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out to info@subrosapdx.com to request a discount code.
