Learn the tips and tricks from a professional chef in this highly interactive and hands-on class. Kimbap are Korean rice rolls that might look like sushi but Korean rolls use sesame oil in the rice and a variety of fillings. Jumeokbap, also sometimes known as "fist rice" is a Korean rice dish made from a lump of cooked rice made into a round loaf the shape of a fist. You will learn to prepare the perfect rice, select the freshest ingrediants and follow a recipe that features the inclusion of bulgogi, a classic Korean dish of thinly sliced and flavorful beef. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses!
