Dive into the lusciously delicious land of chocolate making!
Come join us as we learn how to create how to melt and temper chocolate. You will begin to understand the meticulous process of the six beta crystals of chocolate as you learn the seeding method of tempering chocolate and how to come to the perfect snap and release of a chocolate bar and bonbons. You will then learn how to cast chocolates into their moulds and how to create a creamy ganache filling with the option of crunchy additions to customize your chocolates. Take home amazing recipes along with a truly decadent experience.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you are part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
