Join us for an exciting two-hour mixology experience where you'll transform into a skilled bartender, crafting cocktails based on the essential cocktail category: sours. Led by a seasoned mixologist, this session will guide you through the art of mastering four delightful concoctions: the timeless Whiskey Sour, a Daiquiri, a Mojito, and a Cosmopolitan. Each cocktail focuses on different mixology techniques, including muddling, double-straining, and using essential oil from fruit peels. Get ready for a hands-on journey into the world of mixology and leave with the skills to impress your friends and family with your newfound cocktail expertise.
The class will begin with an interactive taste test that is sure to give your senses a mystery to solve. The instructor will demonstrate each cocktail on the menu, giving you the opportunity to taste them all. Each student will be paired with a partner and have the opportunity to make their two favorites from the list.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.
