Are you ready to impress your friends and family with the perfect sushi rolls?
In this masterclass, learn the tips and tricks of rolling beautiful and delicious sushi rolls in this highly interactive experience. Learn to prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the freshest ingredients, and master the art of rolling sushi. This fun and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three different rolls working with an assortment of plant based ingredients and sushi grade fish - Watermelon “Toona” California Veggie Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and a Dragon Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out while mixing and matching different ingredients to develop your own unique creations.
All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, friend outing, or surprising your partner for a date night.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).

Guest requirement
The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21 and older are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only). The cafe will be closed to the public when you arrive so you will have to enter the class by going through the shopping center. The door to enter the class is between the sign for MIAM Cafe and the ice cream shop.
