Join us for a fun and hands-on experience, exploring the sweet and wonderful world of chocolate!
In this beginner chocolate truffle class, you will learn how to create fun and exciting combinations of chocolate ganache truffles. Let your imagination run wild with the unlimited options that chocolate has to offer. Our Chocolatier Instructor will guide you step-by-step in the process of how to make ganache, roll and hand dip your chocolates. Choose from a variety of coatings and toppings to create your very own decadent dessert. You can expect to make chocolate truffle flavors such as Dark Chocolate Mascarpone and Milk Chocolate Hazelnut.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find online or at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ only please.
