Improv Level 1

House Improv

This crash course is designed for people new to improv and acting, just new or rusty with long-form improvisation, or people who just want to revisit the basics in a more structured manner. Any improviser that completes this course will be ready to perform a show-quality long-form piece with the other members of the class.

Topics Covered: Acceptance, Spontaneity, Teamwork, Characters, Object Work, Relationships, Environment, The Game of the Scene, First Beats, Second Beats, Group Games, Third Beats
