Step into THE HOTHOUSE, a uniquely suspenseful improv comedy show that pokes, prods, and stretches reality until it verges on the surreal. Inspired by the comedies of Harold Pinter and the Coen Brothers, The Hothouse creates comedy that you can laugh at and and take seriously.

Since 2011, the Alchemy Comedy Theater has been Greenville’s only weekly improv, sketch, and stand-up comedy venue. All shows are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at 7:30pm and 9:00pm in Greenville’s iconic Coffee Underground theater. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door with cash or credit. All seating is general admission so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance. Street parking is available as well as several nearby parking garages.
