About this event

Improv for Mental Fitness? Research has shown that as little as 20 minutes of improv practice can increase social confidence and tolerance of uncertainty. This Somatic Care space will be hosted by Elizabeth Lanier (she/her/Liz), an actor-activist who knows the importance of using laughter as medicine. In just 90 minutes, Liz will help us understand how our bodies are essential to our individual and collective wellness.

This offering is for you if:

  • You want to experience how Somatic Care is the best path to healing trauma.
  • You want to explore a different side of yourself in a brave and courageous space
  • You want to expand your capacity to be with uncertainty and laugh along the way

This group is the gateway to a thriving network of folx committed to community care. This space is for QTPOC, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+ and Allies.
