Not at all! In fact, the workshop is designed for you to walk in with nothing but yourself. All exercises are short, spontaneous, and guided — you’ll get plenty of support along the way. Just bring curiosity, a willingness to participate, and maybe a notebook if you’d like to jot dow some notes.
