Implicit Bias Training

The mission of the Victory Neighborhood Association (ViNA) is to protect and promote neighborhood interests and the health, safety, and general welfare of the residents in a non-partisan, educational and cooperative manner. All activities, events, committees and operations are conducted primarily by volunteers.

Victory Neighborhood Association

Implicit bias is the automatic association people make between groups of people and stereotypes about those groups. Join the Victory Neighborhood Association to learn about implicit bias and how it impacts our community. Staff from the City of Minneapolis will lead training on implicit bias and how to overcome it.
This training is targeted toward block leaders, but is open to everyone.
A light dinner will be provided.
