Dr. Rita Cameron-Wedding will lead attendees through the development of a portfolio of professional practice, introducing critical elements of a portfolio, considerations, strategies and the importance of building a sound professional portfolio. Zenovia Harris will introduce the importance of mentorship as it relates to implicit bias. Attendees will learn about the value of becoming a mentor and finding a mentor. The module will include defining mentorship, the role of a mentor, and mentee; and the benefits of both.
