Imperial Session Beer Dinner

The Imperial Session dinner series was designed to showcase the diversity of craft beverages with food. All too often breweries host dinners with beverage pairings that feel more like promotional events than an actual dining experience. Our goal is to remove the biases and commitments attached to conventional beverage driven tasting menus. We offer a simple menu paired with a well curated selection of craft beers, wines, and ciders.

Imperial Session

Join Advanced Cicerone™ Ryan Spencer (Bailey's Taproom) and Chef Spencer Watari (Clyde Common, Pok Pok) for the launch of a quarterly dinner series focused on beer and food pairing. This will be one of the first tasting menus featured at the former longstanding location of Nomad PDX.
 
The event will begin at 7:00 PM with dinner service beginning at 7:30 PM. Tickets for the five course dinner are available with a suggested cash donation of $55 paid at the end of the meal.

Sai Oua sausage, fingerling potatoes, charred green onions, mushroom demi-glace

Ancient Heritage sheep's milk cheese, chocolate ganache, red sorrel
