Wilderness Flow

An all levels mixed heart-centered flow class to find your natural flow, embodiment, and authentic practice. An easeful yet powerful practice that connects your gut, heart, and mind in a grounded, harmonious, and purposeful way. Take down your walls, reconnect to your heart space, radiate from within & find balance. Come find a bit of wilderness in the concrete jungle.

Intuitive Bodywork & Chimes

During practice, Sarah will intuitively apply appropiate bodywork to participants to enhance personal practice in a healing and mindful way. The class will end in a total body relaxation with beautiful bamboo koshi chimes.

Art Bar Lounge Social Hour until 8pm

After class enjoy a social hour in the Art Bar Lounge connecting, making new friends, or just relaxing!

Sarah has been teaching and practicing for over 20 years. She leads workshops, and is currently the program director for Temple Immersive in co-creation with the upcoming incredible team. She completed her advanced teacher training while living in NY, studied the fine art of Thai Massage in Chiang Mai Thailand, spent time in an ashram in Rishikesh India, and has lived 10 years in France. She has studied with many incredible teachers and healers in sacred lands all over the world and now shares these treasures in her classes. She is a teacher, trailblazer, team & community member, artist, and friend.

Sarah loves to draw out the unique gifts, deeper strength, and true purpose in people.
