Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no ticket refunds. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another party, you may do so before March 1, 2026, and you agree to notify Sara Grillo by March 2, 2026  in writing of any changes in ownership.

Are hotel and transportation included?

Accepted Answer

No. You are responsible for your own hotel/transportation arrangements and costs. There is a free shuttle from Kansas City International Airport to the Sheraton Four Points Hotel.

Will I have to follow a Code of Conduct?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a Code of Conduct and Safety Policy. By purchasing this ticket you agree to follow the Code of Conduct and Safety Policy. It is here: https://the-immersion.com/policies/

Will there be filming and photography at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will be filming and photographing at this event. Sara Grillo retains the rights to these images. By purchasing a ticket, you are consenting to be filmed and photographed. You are also consenting to permit Sara Grillo to use these images for professional use.

Are meals included?

Accepted Answer

Breakfast (Tues, Wed), lunch (Wed), Tuesday dinner, and small snacks are included. The cost of Wednesday dinner must be paid by event attendees.

Do I have to stay at the  Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by purchasing this ticket you agree to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport in order to fulfill the room block requirement. If you chose not to, and as a result we are unable to fulfill the room block requirement, you may be billed for the cost of a hotel room for two nights.

Will I know who else is coming?

Accepted Answer

Yes! By signing up, you agree for your name to be released to the other registrants in writing, prior to, during, and after the event. If you do not wish to have your name released, please notify Sara Grillo in writing prior to purchasing your ticket.
