The book recalls the highs and lows of his journey to sobriety and offers advice to anyone looking to change their relationship with alcohol. It also interrogates how ingrained drinking is in our society – and what we can do to change this for the better. From tackling stereotypes around sobriety being boring to examining how peer pressure and party culture have normalized unhealthy behaviors, "I’m Never Drinking Again" questions how we got to this point and what we can do to rectify it.

About the Author, Dominic McGregor:

Dominic McGregor is a 30-year-old entrepreneur and mental health and sobriety advocate. Dominic is currently a Founding Partner of investment fund, Fearless Adventures and ex-COO of global marketing agency, Social Chain. Dom was flying high as one of the UK’s most exciting and in-demand entrepreneurs. But behind the scenes, he was battling alcohol addiction and sabotaging everything in his life – from relationships, health, finances, and ultimately his career. Dominic is releasing his first book, “I’m never drinking again”, discussing his personal story of alcohol addiction, sharing the lessons he’s learned during his journey to sobriety, as well as interrogating how ingrained drinking is in our society – and what we can do to change this for the better.
