Sonic Ritual: Think a sound bath with a twist. This sound healing modality is a mix of instruments, digital music, and singing that will guide you on a journey into your sensual body.
Loving self-touch: The hands are powerful healing tool that you have at our disposal. You'll lovingly touch your face, arms, stomache, and legs as a way to gently usher into your heart a sense of self-adoration.
Somatic movement + dance party: No need for formal dance training or experience with yoga; you'll be moving with the creative spark within. You'll be guided through a sequence of curated movements to support you to shed the disbelief in your own beauty and embrace the truth of your power. Following this series, you'll dance in delight as you celebrate the reunion with the Divine beauty that radiates from within.
Coloring: Tapping into your child-like wonder, you'll have an opportunity to decorate your page with the womaxn that came alive in this ceremony, depicting the womxn that lives from their inherent source of power.
