Scholars must be 5 years old on or before September 1 of the year they are applying to.

At ILTexas, every student receives academic instruction in the English, Spanish, and Chinese languages. Students in Kindergarten through 5th grade participate in a Dual Language program (English/Spanish) while participating in Chinese language development through their special classes.
