Unveil the captivating world of stained glass and channel your creativity into vibrant, light-infused artworks with our "Illuminated Artistry" Beginner Stained-Glass class. This three-day class is tailored for beginners, offering a step-by-step journey into the techniques and artistry of stained-glass creation. Ideal for those who want to get more involved in making stained glass windows or just want to know what it takes to make a bigger stained-glass piece. The class will provide ample time for participants to learn and master the basics of stained-glass crafting. In this class you will learn how to make a stained-glass window panel from start to finish. The panel will measure approx. 7 5/8” x 12” and will have a tulip theme. There will be color choices of glass to choose from for the background, tulip petals, and leaves. Participants will be familiarized with the essential materials and tools used in stained glass crafting. Learn about different types of glass, cutting tools, soldering equipment, and safety measures. Master the basics of soldering. Understand the process of melting solder to join the foiled glass pieces, creating a secure and visually appealing structure.
