The only things you absolutely need to bring are a yoga mat, your favorite journal and something to write with. You can also bring a folding chair if you would prefer different seating options throughout the event.

Can I attend if I am pregnant?

Yes, everything we practice in the mini retreat is safe for pregnant mothers.

Can I attend the retreat alone or do I need to bring friends?

You can attend this retreat alone or with friends.

Is this considered therapy?

Although I am a licensed therapist, this retreat should not be used as a replacement for therapy.
