The Chicago Blockchain Center and the Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering (WECE) are proud to announce the Illini Blockchain Summit, a one-day blockchain event at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC)! The event will provide university students of all skill sets and backgrounds with an opportunity to learn about blockchain technology and its applications. The Illini Blockchain Summit will consist of educational workshops, guest and keynote speakers, food, swag, and giveaways all centered around the theme of blockchain technology. Some of the most prominent educators and professionals will give insight into blockchain’s impact on several different industries. Whether you’ve never heard of blockchain or want to implement your own cryptocurrency, there will be ample opportunity for networking and learning for anyone who joins!
