ILC Virtual Lean Coffee

The Iowa Lean Consortium is a dynamic, member-driven network dedicated to advancing Lean in all sectors of our economy. Driven by members needs, the ILC can provide the philosophy, tools, and techniques to meet today's business challenges through members serving members, including manufacturing, service/transaction businesses, education, healthcare and government.The ILC is a program of CIRAS-Iowa State University.

Iowa Lean Consortium/CIRAS

ILC members may join us on the 3rd Friday of each month for Lean Coffee, a place where continuous improvement professionals can share ideas.

Join us for a Virtual Lean Coffee! This Lean Coffee will be held on the third Friday of each month in 2021, and it will be open for ILC members only.We will stay true to the Lean Coffee model during these sessions – the agenda will be built by YOU the attendees. Share the ideas you want to discuss with other continuous improvement professionals, vote on the topics of greatest interest to you, and discuss. You can learn more about the lean coffee approach at https://leancoffee.org/.We will meet via WebEx with breakout rooms, and we ask you to turn your camera on, if possible. We will meet as a large group to begin and break out into smaller groups for Lean Coffee discussions using a virtual Lean coffee board. We then will come back together for the last 10 minutes to share epiphanies.You will receive the WebEx link for the Lean Coffee in your confirmation email. Please check your email and add the link to your calendar. NOTE: We will divide into smaller breakout rooms in WebEx at 9:10, therefore, we cannot allow anyone to join after 9:10 am.Not a member but interested in attending?
