This two-hour virtual workshop will explain Liberating Structures, a framework created by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless that provides more effective alternatives to our conventional structures by including everybody regardless of group size and distributing the control of content among all participants. Webinar attendees will learn how Liberating Structures work and experience specific structures that will allow you to tap into the room intelligence no matter how large the team gets. This session can help anyone involved in meetings, teams, and groups. You'll learn how to change your organization by liberating the participation and playfulness within your meetings. The session will be led by Jamie Kriegel, a highly effective, accomplished, innovative, and growth-focused Agile professional with an extensive background in leading high-impact Scrum, Agile, and Lean product development initiatives. Jamie, who currently is a scrum master at Grinnell Mutual, started working with Liberating Structures in 2018 and has used LS extensively in both online and in person settings with individuals and teams.
