Course Description: Stress and Caregiver Burnout is a 2-hour training geared to individuals who have assumed the role of caregiver. During this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of how to manage and recognize the symptoms of stress and warning signs of burnout. The information provided will help alleviate some of the stressors that may arise due to caregiving. Techniques to set boundaries and learn skills to prioritize will provide participants with valuable tools and information for working and interacting with IHSS consumers.

How long is the training?

All Career Pathways classes held by Riverside County are 2-hour trainings.

How do I join the online class?

Classes are held via Zoom. Zoom links will be sent through email from Eventbrite 2 days, 2 hours, and 10 minutes before your event. Zoom links will also be posted on the Online Event Page the day of the event. You can join through your browser or download the Zoom app.

What if I can't find the zoom link?

When do I receive my certificate?
