We are the Indiana Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. AGENDA: 2:30 Registration/Check-In3:00-4:30 Utilization of PA/NP Workforce in the Current Healthcare Environment Explore ways to maximize the potential of Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). Employers benefit from greater profit and productivity when they effectively use PAs and NPs and this panel will discuss techniques to measure their utilization. Panelists will provide best practices for building sustainable leadership models and career pathways to ensure optimal utilization of the PA/NP workforce. The discussion will also cover how PAs and NPs can have a positive impact on patient access, outcomes, and satisfaction, as well as an organization’s financial bottom line.<aside>This program has been developed and is presented locally by iHEN. The American College of Healthcare Executives has awarded 1.5 ACHE Face-to-Face Education Credits to this program.</aside>4:30 Networking/Break5:15 - 6:45 Successfully Leading Change in Healthcare Organizations Healthcare organizations need to be able to respond and adapt to ever-changing environments in order to stay competitive. Successful change implementation requires effective communication with stakeholders that highlight the benefits, minimizes barriers, and explains the processes involved. Leaders should gather insights from peers to determine what approaches have been successful and which have been ineffective in the past. By doing so, they can ensure that major changes are implemented successfully.<aside>This program has been developed and is presented locally by iHEN. The American College of Healthcare Executives has awarded 1.5 ACHE Face-to-Face Education Credits to this program.</aside>7:00 Conclusion of the event PRICING: iHEN Members: $45 for 1 F2F panel discussion or $75 for both (3 total F2F credits). Non-iHEN Members: $55 for 1 F2F panel discussion or $85 for both (3 total F2F credits).<aside>*iHEN encourages but does not require, all registrants to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Masks will be available for registrants if they desire one, but will not be required. Additionally, there are hand sanitizer stations throughout the public space. iHEN will follow onsite protocols, working with local public health officials. iHEN will inform participants about changes in guidelines immediately if they change. </aside><aside>We will monitor for developments and adjust our conference protocol as needed to ensure the safety of all registrants. </aside>
