Boston Square is igniting new businesses, new housing, new energy, and a neighborhood showing up for itself. Ignite WithIn is the program that makes sure the people driving that movement are resourced, regulated, and ready.

Launching June 12, Ignite WithIn is an Innovation Strong initiative bringing evidence-informed, body-based nervous system support to frontline supervisors, HR managers, and direct service employees working in Boston Square and Madison Square.

The June 12 opening workshop is where it all begins. From there, two dedicated tracks continue weekly through September, meeting people where they are and building real capacity over time.

TRACK 1: Supervisors & HR Managers

A seven-session leadership series built around nervous system regulation, power dynamics, conflict resolution, belonging, and more. Real tools. Real conversations. A new lens for leading the people you are responsible for.

TRACK 2: Direct Service Employees at HUB07

15 weekly G-TEP sessions, an evidence-informed, body-based nervous system regulation protocol designed for people doing high-demand, community-facing work. 

No prior experience needed. Come as you are.

FACILITATORS

Erika Thomas, MA, LMFT, is the founder of The Untangling Place, PLLC a psychotherapy private practice and professional training and consulting hub. Erika’s clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed, liberation-focused, power aware care, with specialized expertise in EMDR, G-TEP (Group Traumatic Episode Protocol), interpersonal relationships, and organizational psychological safety. Erika brings a background in organizational leadership, particularly in the nonprofit sector, as well as clinical rigor and deep human attunement to her work.

Dee (Deanna) Rolffs, MPA, Owner and Principal consultant of L3 Catalyst Group (Learn| Lead | Liberate), specializes in organizational change leadership. They support brave and badass leaders and teams to illuminate underlying issues, infuse learning, envision a thriving future, and walk a transformational path forward. Dee is committed to equitable systemic outcomes, healthy humans, and thriving teams. They are an Executive Process Consultant™ and Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation). Dee is always up for practicing contemplative practices, truth telling about oppression, and living in liberatory joy.
