The Ignite leadership program will help you understand who you are and how to optimize your performance to meet the demands placed on today’s leaders.
Designed by Latinos for Latino professionals, Ignite offers an opportunity to:
• Explore identity
• Build confidence
• Develop executive decision-making techniques
• Create a framework for advancement driven by values and goals
Virtual Program Details
• One 60-minute Orientation followed by five 2-hour sessions
• Individuals will directly apply each session’s key learning objectives in both independent and partner work

Ends: Thursday, November 21, 2024
ORIENTATION:
Participants will gain more information about the program, the learning management system that houses all program materials, and the Latino Leadership Institute.
MODULE 1: ROOTS OF IDENTITY
Participants will explore their Latino identity and how it may impact their leadership, examine external influences, and apply their lived experiences to the Identity Inventory.
MODULE 2: OVERCOMING SUCCESS BARRIERS
Participants will work to overcome internal and external barriers to success. Topics covered include cultivating belonging in the workplace, addressing impostor syndrome, and overcoming fear.
MODULE 3: NEUROLEADERSHIP
Participants will learn a science-based approach to better decision-making and work together to develop agile leadership skills to lead more effectively during times of uncertainty.
MODULE 4: OPTIMIZING PERFORMANCE
Participants will learn to optimize performance while building and maintaining an integrated life. They will focus on prioritization, time management, and creative flow.
MODULE 5: SCIENCE OF CHANGE
Participants will gain an understanding of how we can override unwanted thinking and habits through a neuroscience approach. They will learn strategies to make new thoughts and behaviors stick.

Cancellation Policy:
Your payment entitles an individual to participate in the applicable program. Written notice of transfers or cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the program’s start date are subject to a 100% percent cancellation fee, and no refund or credit will be provided.
Substitution of participant(s) may be made within 14 days prior to the beginning of the program. As long as the required advanced notice is provided, you may apply payment and reschedule for another identical program; provided the reschedule date is within 6 months of the original program. If you do not reschedule within the described time frame, the terms and conditions governing cancellation as described herein will govern.
We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled program if the class size falls below the minimum acceptable level of participants. In the event of such cancellation you will be provided with prior notification, and at your option, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of any pre-paid fees remitted by you.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof, regardless of its place of execution or performance.
This agreement contains a complete statement of all the arrangements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersedes all existing agreements between the parties as to such subject matter, and cannot be changed except by an amendment signed by both parties.

By registering for this program, you agree that LLI may disclose the personal data you submit as part of registration to a) partners, vendors, suppliers and investors of the program, whether directly or indirectly; b) third parties as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the program for which you registered; or c) any other third parties not identified in a) or b) for which you consent to disclosure in connection with the program.

You will receive notification from Eventbrite.
3-4 weeks before Orientation you will begin to receive communications from the Latino Leadership Institute. You will receive a welcome email and your account information for the program.
3-4 weeks before the program start you will receive calendar invites from the Latino Leadership Institute. The Zoom sessions will be included in those invites. Please ensure that you have the most current version of Zoom before the start of the program to ensure you do not have any technical issues.
All materials, including a participant guide for each session is provided electronically through the learning management system which you will be given access to 3-4 weeks before the start of the program.
