Is there parking at the venue?

There is a paid parking lot on Broadway St. between Broadway & W. 21st across the street from the Magic Box @ the Reef venue.

Is there public transportation nearby?

The venue is within 0.25 miles of the Blue Line Grand Ave station and within 0.5 miles the 23/Flower Expo line station.

Is there an age limit to attend?

IGN Live is accessible to people of all ages.

Can I bring a rolling luggage, handcart, trolley or oversized stroller to the event?

Please be aware that, for safety reasons, no handcarts, trolleys, rolling luggage, or oversized strollers are allowed in the event. Attendees found on the exhibit floor with these items will be removed from the event.

Can I bring a selfie stick or similar device with me into the venue?

Selfie sticks, GoPro poles, stilts, or any device that extends your camera or phone away from your hand or body are not allowed at IGN Live. If you’re seen with one of these devices, you will be asked by security to put it away and not use it at IGN Live. This includes all of Magic Box’s exhibit hal

Will I be able to smoke or vape at the event?

Smoking is not allowed at any time at IGN Live. No smoking includes vaping and e-cigarettes. This policy extends to all parts of the event including the designated outdoor area for the event. Noncompliance with this policy may result in ejection from the event.

Can I bring a segway, scooter, bicycle or hoverboard?

Segways, scooters, bicycles and hoverboards are not allowed at IGN Live, including the various exhibit halls, programming rooms, and outside areas of Magic Box.

What items are prohibited to bring at IGN Live?

No weapons of any kind are permitted at IGN Live. A non-exhaustive list of what is not permitted is as follows: All Metal Weapons, Firearms including relic antique firearms, Ammunition, Rifles, Shotguns, Handguns, Blowguns, Tasers, Laser Pointers, Laser-Aiming Devices or similar Laser Devices.

Can I get a refund on my ticket I already purchased?

Tickets are non refundable.

Am I able to exchange my ticket for another day?

Please contact event organizer. The event organizer will address on a case by case basis.
