Iftar + Convert-sations

Urban Ummah is a community-based collective of artists, community activists, and spiritual seekers serving as an umbrella for alternative programming that fits the underserved needs of the Muslim community in the greater Atlanta area. Urban Ummah finds the common grounds between converts, seekers, disconnected and connected young adults, indigenous and 2nd generational international Muslims by providing programming that reflects the underserved from within, and to create spaces that enrich who we are as individuals, and are inclusive to our entire diverse experiences.

With the help of generous supporters, <A TITLE="Urban Ummah" TARGET="_blank" HREF="https://www.facebook.com/UrbanUmmahAtl" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Urban Ummah</A> in collaboration with <A TARGET="_blank" HREF="https://www.facebook.com/themuslimmix/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Muslim Mix</A>, are proud to announce that we will be hosting our annual iftar series this Ramadan!  If you are a convert/ revert, interested in Islam, new to the ATL, or just want to meet some cool new people , join us every Thursday during Ramadan to break bread in an intimate setting.  Come share your time with us.  Come share a plate with us.  Come enjoy eachother's company.  Program Social Hour: 7:15- 8:15 Get to know you Session: 8:15- 8:35.   Iftar begins around 8:48 following Magrib Salat, dinner, then Isha. </DIV>
