Bay Area Hub’s fall gathering in Oakland! Join purpose-driven women for drinks, connection, and candid money talks at Coco Noir near 12th St

You’re invited to an evening of community and conversation with women in the Bay Area who care about making an impact in their money and investing in local business

Join us for a relaxed gathering at Coco Noir, a Black woman owned wine bar in Oakland, where we’ll hear directly from three women of color founders about their fundraising journeys. From venture capital to crowdfunding and community loans, they’ll share the challenges, lessons, and insights they wish more investors understood.

Our Panelists; Alicia Kidd (CEO & Founder, Coco Noir), Sonali Kothari (Founder, Zolidar), and Dr. Sylvie Charles (Founder, Just Date) will pull back the curtain on the challenges, triumphs, and lessons from their fundraising experiences. From venture capital to community-based financing, they’ll share what investors often don’t see—and what they wish more people understood.
