IES Detroit’s spring meetings are dedicated to an underrepresented topic: Lighting Controls. Join us for a 3-Part Meeting Series as we cover different facets of design and construction related to lighting controls, and highlight perspectives from a variety of professions.
Lighting Controls Spring Series Part 1: Planning & Documentation
The capability and complexity of lighting controls is seemingly limitless. Clear and concise documentation is essential to implementing a successful controls design, and ensuring its longevity after the project is completed. Drawing inspiration from ANSI/IES LP-16-22, specifier Nick Furgason, LC and controls sales manager Chris McRae will explore the process of conceptualizing and documenting lighting controls for construction, and discuss how they work as a team to bring a design to life.
