Columbia, MO Special Education PTA (CoMO SEPTA) is a group intended to bring together those who support and celebrate the students who access special education services in the area. We hope to foster closer relations between home and the schools, provide workshops for parent education, help make events more inclusive for all, and recognize & support those who work hard for our students. CoMO SEPTA is proud to host this 2-day workshop by Missouri Parents Act (MPACT). Join us on January 25 & 26 to dive in and learn about topics such as the IEP process, the art of advocacy, special education law, and dispute resolution. Please note that each day has a different time & location. Day 1 - Fri, Jan 25th, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pmat Missouri Cares Community Room (4205 Phillips Farm Road)
Day 2 - Sat, Jan 26th, 10 am to 2:00 pm at Columbia Public Library Conference Room (100 West Broadway)
