Welcome to iEmpower's 2024 Youth Leadership Conference! Join us for an exciting week of learning, networking, and empowerment at THE Elizabeth City State University! Our theme this year is "Survivor Island: Only the Leaders Survive - L.E.A.D Edition!" During this week-long conference our Young Leaders will: (1) Learn to work together, (2) Empower one another, (3) Advocate for themselves, and (4) Discover their CommUNITY. We hope that you and your Young Leader are able to join us this summer for fun and impactful activities that will help tap into your child's potential and help shape their inner leader. From hands-on activities, to STEM, and learning how to advocate for yourself and community; our youth will leave as motivated Young Leaders ready to make a change in their home, school, and community!
