The IELC educates, trains, and inspires law students to understand the needs of and be advocates for entrepreneurs, innovators and start-up businesses.

What are the IELC clinic services?

Through the IELC, students work under supervising attorneys to provide legal counsel to Omaha-area entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations in connection with entity formation, contracts, legal compliance, and other transactional business law matters.
