What if I've never exercised before?

You're in the right place! This event is to give you a taste of different types of exercises so that you can find something that works for you.

What should I bring with me?

Wear clothes that are comfortable for exercising, and bring a bottle of water.

If you are participating in the bike ride, you will need your own bike. Bikes will not be available for rent.
