The award winning Northern California Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) is a vibrant, active and diverse membership of professionals. The greatest benefit of membership is the connections & camaraderie between our chapter members, which is both enjoyable and career enhancing.We cultivate a strong community through the four major chapter events we host each year and the numerous Professional Development & City Center events that occur throughout the year. Being active in the management of the Chapter is an excellent way to improve your leadership skills and visibility. Staying informed about changing government regulation, licensing and other issues affecting interior designers is an important benefit of membership in IIDA Northern California.

IIDA is offering this 3 part series to enable you to upgrade your emotional health and way of operating in the world that creates positivity

“Change is inevitable, growth is optional.” - John C. MaxwellDuring this 3 part series, we will be diagnosing our emotional interaction with the world, altering it, then creating a rock solid way of keeping that new, healthy behavior in place moving forward. Since there will be reflection needed after each, these have been spaced apart.Each session will include the following…<ul><li>Breakout rooms</li><li>Networking</li><li>A reflective exercise</li><li>Group discussion</li></ul>Once you register you are automatically signed up for all three sessions. The proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to our philanthropic partner. Session Dates:<ul><li>11/11 - Emotional Awareness</li><li>11/23 - Strategic Meditation</li><li>12/8 - Morning Routines</li></ul>5pm to 6pmFacilitator’s Bio Annemarie Erbel has spent the past several years researching the intersection of neuroscience, mysticism, and mental health. Using her engineering background and the wisdom she’s gained from her findings, she has created tools to alleviate anxiety and convert stress to bliss. Through these workshops, she is keen to share these tools as well as provide an avenue to foster community in our still virtual climate.Looking forward to seeing you there!
