Please join us for a series of ideation sessions. These are part of the Hiring Modernization Project which is a city-wide initiative to improve the hiring process. We have already conducted 15+ workshops with hiring managers and HR professionals as well as interviews with candidates and, at this stage, we're excited to bring everyone together to focus on problem-solving. The sessions will be three hours long, where you will complete a series of interactive activities in pairs and/or in small groups. This will be a great chance to engage with your colleagues, identify areas for improvements, and learn more about the project.

Please note that the sessions on October 26th, November 9th and November 16th will have the same content so choose the one that best suits your schedule. The session on November 1st will be focused on fleshing out a specific idea that has already been discussed: An interactive timeline that helps different users better understand the hiring process.
