A free brunch for Brooklyn residents to propose better public spaces and services for New York City. Your idea could get city funding!
What would make your neighborhood better? A safer crosswalk, a cleaner park, a library program for kids, or a subway entrance everyone can use?
This Idea Generation Brunch is funded by the NYC Civic Engagement Commission as part of The People’s Money and hosted by EvoAutism Foundation. It brings together 20–25 Brooklyn residents who want to improve the city’s public spaces, facilities and services. The ideas you develop at the brunch can move forward in the process. If New Yorkers vote for them, they can receive up to $200,000 funding from the city and become real projects in your community.
