Join TeamPHCA for an informative and engaging IDD Services Educational Workshop designed for

1. individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities& families

2. Supports Coordinators

3. Careers DSPs & Admin (Program Manager, Program Specialist, Case Managers, DSP Leads)

4. Provider agencies

5. Advocates and other members of the IDD community.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about IDD waivers, available supports, residential services, LifeSharing, day programs, community resources, and other services that promote choice, independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

If you are seeking services and have a PF/DS Waiver, Community Living Waiver, or Consolidated Waiver, be sure to review the ‘Get Services Now’ information to learn more about available services and how to connect with providers.

This workshop will feature educational presentations, family perspectives, opportunities to ask questions, and vendor networking. Participants will be able to connect with providers and community organizations, learn about available programs, and explore resources that may support individuals and families.

We are looking for speakers, vendors, and providers to share information about their services and resources with attendees. Organizations and professionals interested in presenting, exhibiting, sponsoring, or participating in the vendor networking portion of the event are encouraged to contact TeamPHCA for more information.
