IDD & Autism Support: A Hands-On Workshop

IDD & Autism Support: A Hands-On Workshop is designed for professionals who work with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Autism, as well as their family members and caregivers. This interactive workshop aims to broaden participants’ understanding of IDD and Autism while strengthening their practical skills to provide effective, compassionate support.

Through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios, attendees will gain:

  • A deeper understanding of the experiences and needs of individuals with IDD and Autism
  • Strategies to assist families and caregivers in navigating day-to-day challenges
  • Tools to create supportive environments and respond confidently in moments of crisis or distress
