So how does the waitlist work?
IDCon 2019 is completely sold out – but the waitlist is a good place to be! If additional space for IDCon opens up, fans on the waitlist will be sent an email with the opportunity to attend. Fans will be moved to the attendee list on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have family or friends that would like to attend, please make sure they sign up for the wait list as well. Fans on the waitlist may also have the chance to be selected for free tickets, extra prizes, and more.

Taking place on Saturday, May 18 at 9:00am in New York City, you’ll get the chance to see your favorite ID stars, see exclusive clips from new and beloved ID series, and experience one-of-a-kind immersive activities. This year, we’ll focus on Dangerous Minds: a view into the psyche of unpredictable murderers and how to catch them. A portion of the proceeds from IDCon ticket sales will be donated to New York’s Silver Shield Foundation, an organization which provides educational support to families of firefighters and police officers killed in the line of duty. FAQsDo I need a ticket for IDCon?Yes. You will need to bring your Eventbrite ticket to the event with you. There will be no admittance without a ticket. How much does it cost to attend?Each ticket costs $75.00 plus taxes and fees. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Silver Shield Foundation, an organization which provides educational support to families of firefighters and police officers killed in the line of duty. I'm already registered for IDCon. Can I bring a guest?Your event ticket admits one (1) person to IDCon unless otherwise noted. Guests who are not on the attendee list will not be admitted. If you have family or friends that would like to attend, please make sure they register or join the waitlist.I'm registered for IDCon, but my friend really wants to attend. She's a bigger fan than I am, so can she go instead of me?Your IDCon Eventbrite ticket is non-transferable. Only the name listed on the ticket will be admitted with a valid picture ID (driver's license, passport, etc.).Where should I plan to park?There is one parking garage on 38th street, conveniently located right across from the venue. There is also Icon Parking on 6th Avenue, as well as Parking at 261 Madison Avenue and 109 East 39th Street. All subway trains that stop at those stations (A,C,E,N,Q,R,W,1,2,3, + the 7 Train) will drop you off near the venue.What should I wear?Casual attire is welcome. We highly recommend wearing flat, rubber soled shoes. The event will be exclusively indoors.Can I bring gifts for my favorite ID stars?We ask that you refrain from bringing gifts for ID talent.Will there be a coat/luggage check?No. Coat/luggage check will not be available. Please do not bring luggage or oversized bags as we will not be able to store objects of any kind.I'm not from the New York. Will there be IDCon memorabilia available for purchase?Yes! Only credit cards (we accept all major credit cards) will be accepted.My plans have changed. Who should I notify?Please email idconquestions@gmail.com and let us know that you won't be able to attend. NOTE: your event ticket is non-transferable.Can I bring outside food and beverage?No. Outside food and beverages will not be allowed in the venue.Will there be security present?Yes. Security will be present and available during the event.Will there be wi-fi at the venue?Yes. There will be wi-fi available and we encourage everyone to follow and participate in the conversation on the Investigation Discovery Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat accounts.Will there be a chance for fans to interact with the talent?Yes! After each panel there will be a Q&amp;A session so bring your questions!Can I go and come back later from the event?There is no re-entry to this event.Is the venue handicapped accessible?The entire venue is ADA accessible, including the bathrooms.
