Presenter Bio: Richard T. Porter, P.E. is a Geotechnical Engineer with over 20 years of professional experience in the diagnosis and repair of settling structures. He founded Engineered Foundation Technologies (EFT) in 2006 and provides specialty services to the residential, commercial and industrial markets. Richard is a graduate of Umass Lowell with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts. Richard is also an avid golfer and enjoys playing guitar.
