The Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation (ICRF) is a 501(c)3 organization headquarted in central Indiana. The mission of the ICRF is to inform, encourage and empower individuals to pursue careers in the construction industry and related fields.

Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation

Join the Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation as we present the rollout of BY Training. BY is a month-long training program that teaches people basic skills that are needed to succeed in construction such as: basic safety, construction math, introduction to hand tools and power tools, introduction to blue prints, basic rigging, and soft skills training. The program exists to generate interest in construction careers, while providing participants with the confidence needed to pursue a career in construction. Graduates of this program will be connected to construction employers throughout the state.
 BY is accredited by the NCCER and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. We would strongly encourage any general contractor, sub-contractor, or builder to attend this rollout event, who may be interested in hiring graduates of this program in the future.
