This course is developed for the ICPA with at least three years of experience in the workers’ compensation field who aspires to manage an agency/component-level workers’ compensation program, or those specialists who are already managing an Agency/Component-level program. The course contains extensive practical exercises to help the participant understand program management concepts. Limited to 25 participants per session, it is conducted over a two-day period. Prerequisites: ICPA Level II Course completion, three years of experience, and pass the ICPA Level II Post-test with a score of 80% or higher. The certificate of completion will expire 5 years from the date of issue.
