It is ideal for those looking to practice or learn how to develop on a blockchain platform. Pre-requirements to get started:<ul><li>Participants do not need prior blockchain knowledge*</li><li>Having a basic knowledge of Python is recommended</li><li>Participants should download and install Python 3.6 + - A general-purpose programming language and PyCharm - an integrated development environment (IDE) </li></ul>Participants will receive:<ul><li>A special blockchain-based <a href="http://cryptobadge.app" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CryptoBadge </a>for participating in the workshop.</li></ul><ul><li>An official <a href="http://broof.io" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Broof </a>blockchain-based certificate for completion of the workshop.</li><li>Experience of having their very own dApp and deploying it on the ICON network.</li></ul>Schedule1 - 1:30PM Set Up and Prep Time. We will help participants prepare the aforementioned 'Pre-requirements' or troubleshoot any issues they are having in preparing.1:30 - 1:45PM ICON Introduction. A brief introduction to ICON and the features we will be using to develop a project on the network.1:45 - 2PM ICON DAO Project Introduction. A look into the blockchain-powered systems and tools that ICON DAO is developing to drive mass adoption of blockchain technology.2 - 4PM ICON DApp Development.
